Enjoy your Cape Cod escape at our 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath vacation rental with three finished levels in the popular Brewster Seaview Community. The spacious and sunny main level offers large living room w/tons of seating and a large TV, a dining are with access to the deck, a beautifully remodeled kitchen, the primary bedroom with king bed, and the just remodeled full bathroom. The upper level has two bedrooms – a queen bedroom and a bunkroom with two sets of double/twin bunk beds – and the second full bath. There's also a fully finished walk-out basement with large living space with seating, TV, foosball, board games, and access to second composite deck and back yard. Other features include main level laundry, hardwood floors, gas cooking, mini-split and window AC units, patio & deck, backyard fire pit, and large enclosed outdoor shower.

Other Perks & Facilities

This quiet and peaceful neighborhood has two other features for you to enjoy during your stay!

There is convenient access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail at the head of the street. You can walk, jog, or bike into Brewster, Orleans, or beyond. While we do not provide bicycles, we can point you to a couple of bicycle shops offering rentals in Orleans.

Rail Trail Access

Just down the street from the house is an access point for the 26-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail, a perfect route for walking, jogging, or cycling. We have four bicycles you and your family can enjoy during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own, or you can rent additional bicycles nearby from either Orleans Cycle or Idle Times Bike Shop.

Guests also have access to the neighborhood's private tennis and pickleball courts, just a short walk from the house. We keep rackets, paddles, and balls in the garage for your use.

Pickleball and Tennis Courts

Between the house and the Rail Trail are the community tennis and pickleball courts. Guests will have access to enjoy these facilities, and we have paddles, rackets, and balls at the house for your use.
